One of the many exciting concerts and events we hosted at iHeartMedia, Inc. was the Agawam SummerFest with KIX 100.9. Our special guests were country music stars Morgan Evans and Abbey Anderson. Because of the rain, this year’s SummerFest was held in a local high school auditorium.

On the day of the concert, I got there early to set up the stage and the greenrooms for talent and iHeart staff. I set up and ran the photo booth and the St. Jude Children’s Hospital table in the lobby before the concert started. I also helped rally the meet & greet winners. During the concert, I took photos and videos of the performances to update the KIX 100.9 Twitter page. This was my first experience with event marketing in real time.
