I'm very big on storytelling and story branding, and I try to incorporate those concepts into all of my projects, from hosting immersive events to creating magical paintings. Storytelling helps people connect in deep ways, to each other and to universal truths. It's my main goal in both my marketing and my art.
Causes
I'm a strong advocate for mental health, I love animals, and I'm fascinated by history. I'm currently on the board of directors for the western Massachusetts affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), and I'm a special events volunteer at the Zoo in the Forest Park. My YouTube channel focuses on animals, history & culture, and life experiences, and my blog features mental health advice, marketing tips, and hamster care.
Experience
I have a bachelor's degree in marketing communications and a master's degree in public relations. Since graduating, I've worked worked in marketing and events at the Storyteller's Cottage, iHeartMedia, the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, and Feel Good Shop Local. I'm currently a promotions producer at WWLP-22News.
Creativity
Art is a huge part of my life. Natasha's Creations embodies the paintings, drawings, and crafts I sell at craft fairs and make for fun. It's the name of my art Instagram page, YouTube channel, and Etsy shop. I also recently joined a couple of writing groups and started playing the kalimba.
