About Me

About Me.png
My Background

I believe storytelling helps people connect in deep ways, to each other and to universal truths. I love to weave stories into my work, from marketing to art, crafts, and writing. I love to create and enjoy immersive experiences and to listen to and share fascinating stories. My career began with a passion for creativity. I'm an artist at heart, and that informs everything I do. My neurodivergent mind also gives me an eye for detail and patterns, a penchant for authenticity, and an ability to really dedicate myself to projects for myself and others.

I combined my talents in college with a bachelor's degree in business, majoring in marketing communications and minoring in art. I then went on to earn my master of arts in communication degree, concentrating in public relations. School is where my entrepreneurial spirit was really born through the opportunity to start and run a mental health club, community service projects, and campus events. Since graduating, I've worked in various aspects of marketing communications and events in radio, television, and print media. My favorite jobs and projects are the ones that allow me to focus on creative, interactive, and immersive marketing and public relations.

I created Mini Mindful Muse as my own personal brand, a way to share my thoughts, observations, interests, and personality, through my blog, YouTube channel, and social media. I'm Mini Mindful Muse.

Mini Mindful Muse Creative Services

Mini Mindful Muse Creative Services allows me to offer graphic design, copywriting, and marketing consultation services to help creative and mission-driven businesses and organizations connect with their audiences in an authentic and meaningful way. In doing so, we bring the power of storytelling, creativity, and human connection back into communication, thus paving the way for more brand loyalty.

Natasha's Creations

Natasha's Creations a world of whimsy where you'll find needle felted creatures, glass jar dioramas, original paintings, and prints. The vibe is whimsical, nostalgic, magical, and a little pensive. My goal with my work is to inspire hope, curiosity, and wonder through whimsy, cute things, and nostalgia. I truly believe the world would be a better place if we all nurtured and healed our inner children.

Volunteer, Poetry, and Acting

Outside of work, I volunteer at the Wistariahurst Museum, serve on the board of directors for NAMI Western Mass, and serve on the advisory board for the Sphere Northampton. I've also been a regular volunteer at the Zoo in Forest Park, Homework House, and the Not Bread Alone soup kitchen in the past.

I write and self-publish poetry chapbooks, with feedback and editing from local writing groups. It's a completely handmade passion project. I write and curate the poems, design the layout, print them out at home, hand-stitch them, and sell them at craft fairs, on consignment, and online.

I've been acting in school plays since middle school, and I've also had the opportunity to perform in murder mystery parties at a previous job, in themed house tours at the Wistariahurst, and in student films and short films.
